STRONGFORM Digital Product Refund Policy

We stand behind our programs and want every client to have a positive experience. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products (PDF Guides, Video Programs, Bundles)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate charge)

  • You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of purchase and our team was unable to resolve the issue

  • The product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

If any of the above applies, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [support email] with your order number and a description of the issue.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period. Cancellation prevents future charges.

1:1 Coaching & Consultations

For personalized coaching sessions, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged in full.
