The Coach Behind the Method

Miguel Angel Novo came into the world fighting. Born premature, doctors warned his parents to expect physical limitations — a ceiling on what he'd ever be able to do. Miguel had other ideas.

He found his philosophy in unlikely places: Bruce Lee's obsession with mastering the fundamentals, the raw perseverance in Pearl Jam's music, the never-say-die spirit of his LA Rams. Miguel threw himself into understanding the human body with that same intensity — how muscles grow, how they adapt, and how to build strength that holds up over a lifetime rather than burning out in a season.

That curiosity became a 26-year quest and over 15 years, more than 5,000 clients — executives, athletes, parents, and people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who showed up believing they were too old, too injured, or too broken to get strong again.
