STRONGFORM Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Acknowledgment of Risk

By completing a purchase on the STRONGFORM website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Participation in strength training involves inherent physical risk, including but not limited to muscle soreness, joint strain, cardiovascular stress, and injury.

  • I am voluntarily choosing to participate in STRONGFORM's programs.

  • I have consulted, or will consult, with a qualified physician before beginning any STRONGFORM program — particularly if I have a pre-existing injury, medical condition, or have been sedentary for an extended period.

  • I understand that STRONGFORM's programs are educational in nature. Miguel Novo is a fitness professional, not a licensed medical practitioner. Nothing in these programs constitutes medical advice or diagnosis.

  • Results vary and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, genetics, nutrition, and other factors outside STRONGFORM's control.

Release of Liability

By purchasing or accessing any STRONGFORM program, I release and hold harmless STRONGFORM, Miguel Novo, Stephanie Novo, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation — including injury, illness, or financial loss — whether caused by my own actions or by any aspect of the programming.

Health Considerations

STRONGFORM programs are designed with injury awareness in mind, but are not appropriate for everyone. We strongly recommend consulting your physician before starting if any of the following apply to you:

  • You have a heart condition or cardiovascular disease

  • You have high blood pressure or hypertension

  • You have diabetes or blood sugar irregularities

  • You’ve had surgery within the past 12 months

  • You have chronic joint pain, arthritis, or an orthopedic condition

  • You have osteoporosis or bone density concerns

  • None of the above apply to you

If any of the above apply, please consult your physician before starting. STRONGFORM programs can often be modified to accommodate limitations — but that decision belongs to you and your doctor.
